Anonymous Group Chats Are the Only Real Free Speech | Curtis Yarvin

Yarvin's Urbit Lodges bets that doxxing-proof, invite-only anonymity—not encryption—is the next frontier for private online speech.

• Urbit Lodges launches: Curtis Yarvin's Tlon Corporation shipped Urbit Lodges (accessible at urbit.house), a cryptographically secure, strongly anonymous group-chat platform aimed at preventing doxxing rather than eavesdropping.
• Identity model: Each user gets a random four-syllable name tied to an Ethereum NFT token (32-bit namespace, ~4 billion possible identities); invites cost about $2 in Ethereum fees to deter bots.

Themes, sentiment and reasons are AI-written paraphrases, checked so they never quote an episode. They may contain errors. Not investment advice. Episodes remain the property of their creators.
